Sep 15, 2017 - I have problems upgrading to Windows 10 V1703 via Windows Update. Therefore, try to fix “There was a problem running this tool” error by following. The language of the downloaded Windows 10 setup file do not match.
Every time I try to create a Windows 10 USB drive with Microsoft's Media Creation tool I keep seeing a screen pop up close to the end saying 'There was a problem running this tool'
I am out of ideas of things to try. Here's what I already tried but no success.
Running as Administrator by right clicking the icon
Downloading the tool again
Using different USB port
Using different USB drive
Cleaning temporary files
Changing FAT32 to NTFS
Even using a different computer
Nothing works
Does anyone else have another suggestion to try?

There's an alternative download site here from Microsoft that also includes Education version: https://tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php
Download and right click ISO to burn to DVD using Windows Image burner, or create bootable media using Rufus setting it to UEFI for GPT if you have a UEFI BIOS, or Legacy MBR if you have a Legacy BIOS.
Then follow these illustrated steps in this link which compile the best possible Clean Install of Windows which will stay that way as long as you stick with the tools and methods given, has zero reported problems, and is better than any amount of money could buy: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...
Make sure during the booted install to follow the illustrated steps to delete all partitions down to Unallocated Space to get it cleanest, then click Next to let it auto-create the needed partitions, format them and begin install - this makes it foolproof.
Use the Product Key you got for WIndows 10 Education.
